Travel manners

                                                   Muslim manners returning from travel ·          Reading the supplication for returning from travel, which is to repeat the travel supplication with the following wordsat its end: “We are returning in safety, repenting worshiping our lord and prasing him.” ·          Informing the family in advance about one’s arrival so they can prepare to meet him. ·          Observing the permitted weight of the luggage.

  ·          Travelers must choose someone from their Group as their leader to supervise and accommodation, transportation and other needs. The messenger of Allah said: “When three persons set on out a journey, they should appoint one of them as their leader.” ·          Reading the travel supplication when one gets out of his car, one the plane or uses other mean of travel. The supplication is:   “Glory to be him who subjected for us this ride as we are not powerful enough to subjugate it for ourselves. Indeed we are going to return our lord.O Allah, lighten this journey of ours, and make its distance easy for us. You are our companion during the journey and make its distance easy for us.O Allah, you are our companion of our journey and guardian of our Family. O Allah, I seek refuge in you from hardships of this journey, gloomy scenes,and from fing evil challenges from finding evil changes...

  Travel means by moving from land, sea and air from one place of residence to another place that is permitted by Allah. Allah ordered people to move around the expanse of the earth to fulfil their various needs such as education, work, medical treatment, trade   tourism and more. [Surat Al-Mulk] Throughout of the journey, the traveller will think of the wonders created by Allah thereby increasing his belief. Allah said, ‘’Travel through the land and observe how he began creation’’ Travel services and infrastructure are thought to reflect the prosperity and the advanced development of countries. We live in United Arab Emirates live under the wise leadership that strives to ensure the welfare and happiness of its people and continued cross culture communication with world. Therefore, the UAE has paid much attention to travel services, building world class airports, providing with modern advance airplanes equipped with latest services and hold highest global rankings. ...

Travel inspired the pursuit of knowledge. It strengthens the belief by visiting the historical sites. Travel creates awareness of different cultures. It creates personal growth and flexibility. Travel makes the people appreciate the creations of Allah. It forms a community for Muslim people of the world.   It rejuvenates the spirit and enables reflection.   ·          Have a righteous intention. A Muslim should make a travel mean for getting closer to Allah. The messenger said: “Acts are judge by intention and a man will have only what he intended” ·          Leave sufficient money for the family. The messenger of Allah said:               “It is sufficient as a sin that a man neglects who he obliged to maintain” ·          Choose a good travel companion who will remind him of Allah help him to obey and guide him to do good things. The prophet said:             “Keep only a believer for a companion and let only the pious eat your food” ·          Check that he has all the required identification documents before leaving the house. ·  ...
